Lattice is a coaching and personal growth tool. It provides structured planning, reflection and AI-generated coaching suggestions. It is not a medical device, not a therapy service and not a crisis service, and it does not provide medical, legal or financial advice.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for the activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to create one. You can delete your account at any time from settings.
Don't use Lattice to harm yourself or anyone else, to break the law, or to attempt to extract harmful instructions from the coaching system. Access may be suspended if the service is being abused.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe, and subscription state is determined by Stripe's records rather than by your browser.
Coaching responses are generated by a language model. They can be wrong, incomplete or unhelpful. Treat them as suggestions to evaluate, not as instructions to follow. You remain responsible for the decisions you make.
The service is provided as-is while in development. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they take effect.
