About
Most productivity software assumes a version of you that sleeps well, has no interruptions and enjoys maintaining systems. Lattice assumes the opposite, and plans accordingly.
The hard part of a goal is almost never knowing what to do. It is starting, on a day that isn't ideal, when the plan you wrote was sized for a better week. So Lattice is built around one question, asked every day: what is the most useful thing you can do next?
Everything else in the product is in service of that. The plan exists to produce a next action. The check-in exists to make tomorrow's next action better. The weekly review exists to make next week's plan smaller. The coach exists to help when the next action still feels impossible.
A lattice is a structure: a grid that holds things in place. The mark also carries a shoot growing through it. Structure and growth, in the same shape. That is the whole product in one image.
Lattice runs on a small, boring stack: a server-rendered application, a relational database, and a model-agnostic coaching layer so the AI provider can change without the product changing. Your data lives in your account, is scoped to you at the database level, and is exportable and deletable.
