Privacy

Your data, visible and removable.

This is a plain-language summary of how Lattice handles your information. It is a working document and will be reviewed before general availability.

What we store

• Your account: email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Your onboarding answers: what you want help with, your schedule, energy pattern and coaching preferences.
• Your goals, milestones, actions, check-ins and weekly reviews.
• Your coach conversations, so the coach can keep context between sessions.
• Your memory items: short statements about your preferences, constraints and patterns.
• Subscription status, if you upgrade.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers.
• We don't run third-party analytics or tracking scripts on this site.
• We don't build a hidden psychological profile. Memory is listed on your profile page.
• We don't put the contents of your conversations into application logs.
• We don't show your conversations or goals to any other user.

Your controls

From your profile you can read, edit and delete every memory item. From settings you can delete conversations, export your data as a file, and delete your account entirely. Deleting your account removes your goals, actions, check-ins, conversations and memories.

Safety events

When a message is classified as high concern or crisis, Lattice records the classification, the trigger and the action taken. This exists so the safety layer can be reviewed and improved. It is not used for marketing, profiling or any purpose other than safety review.
