Yes. One active goal, daily actions, check-ins and basic progress. It is the same engine as Pro, with fewer goals and a shorter memory.
Your data stays. You keep one active goal and the rest are paused, not deleted. Nothing is removed until you delete it yourself.
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and Pro features stay on until the end of the period you already paid for.
Yes, and it works out cheaper per month. You can switch between monthly and annual from the billing screen.
Pro starts with a trial period so you can see the weekly review and long-term memory before paying.
